Global payouts in fiat or digital assets, from one platform

Paying people in other countries is the part of finance that stayed slow while everything else got faster. A payment leaves on Tuesday, arrives some time on Friday, loses an unpredictable amount to intermediary fees, and nobody can say where it is while it is in transit.

NGPES is building a payout setup where the money moves on rails that settle in minutes, and where you can see the state of every payment while it moves.

Services will become available only upon obtaining the relevant CASP and EMI authorisations.

What it is used for

Supplier payments

Across markets, where the delay is the correspondent chain rather than the approval.

Contractor and partner payouts

Recipients spread across many countries, where the per-payment cost of traditional rails is out of proportion to the amount.

Treasury movements

Rebalancing between entities and markets without waiting days for value to arrive.

Platform payouts

Paying a user base at volume, where per-transfer cost and failure rate are the numbers that matter.

How payouts work here

  1. Register your counterparties. Payments go to registered counterparties, which keeps the flow compliant and repeatable rather than ad hoc.
  2. Choose the rail. Pay in fiat through your linked IBAN, or in supported digital assets to a counterparty wallet. The choice is per payment, driven by what the recipient can take.
  3. Send. Outbound payments leave from the same platform that holds your incoming liquidity, so there is no funding step between receiving and paying.
  4. Track. Each payment shows as queued, then broadcasting, then confirming, then received. Nobody has to phone a bank to ask where a transfer is.
  5. Reconcile once. Fiat and digital asset payouts sit in one record.

Why the digital asset rail helps

It is not about holding digital assets. It is about the transfer being final in minutes, at a cost that does not scale with distance, at a time that does not depend on which banks are open.

Recipients who want euro can still receive euro. The rail is an implementation detail for them, and a speed and cost decision for you. The euro leg runs through your linked IBAN.

Control and visibility

  • Registered counterparties so payments only go to known destinations.
  • Status on every payment through the queued, broadcasting, confirming and received sequence.
  • Balances structured across wallets, teams or use cases, so payout funds can be separated from the rest of treasury.
  • One operational setup for banking rails, euro liquidity and digital asset access, rather than a bank portal, an exchange and a wallet.

Pricing is volume based, with no hidden fees and no third-party tools to integrate for the core flows. On and off ramp between euro and euroF is free. For the inbound side, see accept USDC, and for sequencing flows end to end, stablecoin orchestration.

Frequently asked questions

What is a global payouts platform?

A single system for sending payments to recipients in multiple countries, handling the rails, the currency conversion and the record keeping, instead of running separate bank and provider relationships per market.

Can we pay recipients in fiat and in digital assets from the same account?

Yes. Payments go out in fiat through your linked IBAN or in supported digital assets to counterparty wallets, from the same platform and the same balance view.

How fast do payouts arrive?

Digital asset transfers confirm on-chain in minutes, with the exact time depending on the network. Fiat payouts follow the timing of the rail used.

What does it cost?

Pricing is volume based with no hidden fees, and euro to euroF on and off ramp is free. Contact the team for an estimate against your volumes.
