Fund from fiat through your linked IBAN, convert on the way in, and pay counterparties out of the same balance.
NGPES puts both legs in one place. Fiat comes in through your linked IBAN and converts on the way. The payout goes out from the same balance.
Transfer fiat to your linked IBAN. Top-Up converts it into a supported stablecoin, 1:1 before fees when the currency and denomination match.
The counterparty exists as a record first, with the wallet address and the network attached.
The stablecoin transfer settles instantly within the platform once funds are received and available.
The funding transfer, the conversion and the payout appear in one history that exports to CSV or Excel.
Businesses that try this without a platform usually end up with a sequence like this: bank transfer to an exchange, wait for clearance, buy the asset, withdraw to a self-custodied wallet, then send.
Every one of those steps is a handover between systems that do not share a record. The exchange knows about the purchase, the bank knows about the transfer, the wallet knows about the withdrawal, and nobody knows about all three. At month end somebody joins them together by hand.
Collapsing the funding leg into the same environment as the payout removes the handovers. That is the actual value here, more than the speed of the final transfer.
The platform runs on a stablecoin settlement layer. Fiat is not held inside it. It moves in and out through a linked IBAN, and converts on the way through.
The most common way a stablecoin payout goes wrong has nothing to do with the platform. It is a mismatch agreed before anyone pressed send.
Swap is the reason the third and fourth points are recoverable. If you hold the wrong supported stablecoin, you can exchange it for another supported one without leaving the platform.
Most of the operational risk in cross-border payments comes from paying the wrong party, or taking money from a source you cannot account for. NGPES makes both a deliberate step.
Here is what each leg takes.
| Leg | Timing |
|---|---|
| Stablecoin transfer | Settles instantly within the platform, once funds have been received and are available. |
| Stablecoin to fiat conversion | Instant. |
| Fiat arriving at the recipient | Depends on the destination currency, the geography and the external banking rails involved. NGPES does not control this leg. |
| Fiat top-up | Depends on the inbound transfer reaching your linked IBAN. |
The digital asset layer is instant once liquidity is available, and the fiat legs at either end move at the speed of the banks involved. That is a large improvement on a correspondent banking chain, and it is not the same as end-to-end instant.
This is what the platform supports today.

A payment made to a counterparty in a stablecoin rather than in fiat. Here it comes from your custodial wallet balance and goes to a registered counterparty's wallet address on a supported network.
Transfer fiat to your linked IBAN. It is processed through the on-ramp and converted into a supported stablecoin, which becomes the balance you pay from.
Where the fiat currency and the stablecoin denomination are the same, a top-up converts 1:1 before any applicable fees.
Selected MiCA-compliant stablecoins only. Agree the specific asset with the recipient before the payment is due.
Swap exchanges one supported stablecoin for another inside the platform, so you do not need an exchange account to correct it.
Make a Payment converts your balance to fiat and pays their bank account over traditional rails instead.
It settles instantly within the platform once the funds have been received and are available. The funding leg into your IBAN moves at the speed of the sending bank.
Tell us who you pay and in what, and we will map the flow end to end.
